Case story:
Susanne Friis Bjørner established a jewelry business in 1991, which later developed rapidly into an international enterprise across most of Europe. The key to the success has been obtained through a elegant Nordic and feminine design. EIT was asked to create a website which would bring out the tone of the work and the voice of the company.
By closely working with Susanne Friis Bjørner and team, we gathered the elements of style and design for the page - elegance, the colours black and white, making the jewelry form the central part of the page.

It was important to show a complete catalogue on the page, one that could easily be updated with the most recent versions. EIT therefore includeda web-formal, making it possible to flip pages and zoom in on detail, making it easy to always show the latest product range on the web.

The homepage of Susanne Friis Bjørner is designed with the EIT IFW (inline frame work) CMS. The design of the page played a major part in the creation of the IFW CMS. We started first with a known open source CMS system but during the process became aware of the issue of user difficulty. This led us to build our own system with the general user in mind.
